In 1930 a new building is constructed in the street Neuilly (future rue Aristide Briand).

Two years later, he hosts a beautiful theater in the Art Deco façade.

This facility, which also featured theatrical performances, had a beautiful room of 700 seats in red velvet, with balcony.

Adjoining the room, a cafe called "Cafe Theatre" allowed viewers to get together before or after the sessions!

Today, the building still exists, and the old cinema houses the showroom of a kitchen, behind the facade clearly identifiable, and the former canopy unfortunately disappeared ...
